The hotel was conveniently located near the shopping

Comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep.
We faced serious frustration with the room's amenities. Despite notifying the staff multiple times, the TV malfunction remained unresolved. receiving a late checkout miscommunication led to an awkward situation with housekeepers. This inconsistency in service at a higher price is simply unacceptable.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler after a long haul journey, and it was just what I needed. The superior queen room was modern and comfortable, making it easy to adjust to the time difference. I particularly appreciated the motion detection light in the bathroom—it really helped during my midnight visits. The location was also very convenient, with Northlands Shopping Centre just a short drive away.

the hotel was decent, if you can ignore the fact that they stuffed us with noisy guests, clearly misplacing priorities. I nearly expected an upgrade for the trouble, but was only granted mere mediocrity. oh, and don’t get me started on the mixed cutlery—simply unacceptable. I almost considered leaving a good review but just couldn’t.

The experience was generally positive. The staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed breakfast each morning, where I could start my day with fresh pastries and made-to-order options. I also appreciate the location's accessibility to a nice shopping area, which was convenient. I faced difficulty getting a table at the restaurant, as they appeared more focused on larger groups.

Had a great time! The room was modern with awesome amenities like A/C and a smart TV. Staff were so friendly and quick to help. The location had tons of eateries and shops nearby too. Sweet garden for relaxation.
The breakfast setup was a bit rushed, should've been laid out better. a little more attention to detail in the cleaning would go a long way.
